PART I

Preliminary and General

1. —This Act may be cited as the Temple Bar Area Renewal and Development Act, 1991.

2. —(1) In this Act—

“the Area” means the Temple Bar Area;

“building or premises” includes, where the context allows, a proposed building or premises;

“the Minister”, other than in the Third Schedule , means the Minister for Finance;

“the Temple Bar Area” means the area described in the First Schedule .

(2) In this Act a reference to a Part of an enactment or to a section or Schedule is to a Part or section of this Act or a Schedule to this Act, unless it is indicated that a reference to some other enactment is intended.

(3) In this Act a reference to a subsection, paragraph or subparagraph is to the subsection, paragraph or subparagraph of the provision in which the reference occurs, unless it is indicated that reference to some other provision is intended.
