Vacancies in staff of Forfás, Enterprise Ireland, IDA or NSAI

Filling of vacancies in staff of Forfás, Enterprise Ireland, IDA or NSAI.

52. —Where a vacancy arises for a position in the staff of Forfás, the Agency, IDA or the NSAI, a member of the staff of any of those bodies may make an application to fill the vacancy and his or her application shall be considered by the body in which the vacancy occurs.
