EXCHANGE CONTROL (CONTINUANCE) ACT, 1958.

AN ACT TO CONTINUE IN OPERATION THE EXCHANGE CONTROL ACT, 1954 . [25th November, 1958.]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—
[GA]	Continuance of Exchange Control Act, 1954.	1. —The following subsection is hereby substituted for subsection (2) of section 2 of the Exchange Control Act, 1954 :
[GA]		“(2) This Act shall continue in operation until the 31st day of December, 1962, and shall then expire.”
[GA]	Short title and collective citation.	2. —(1) This Act may be cited as the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1958 .
[GA]		(2) The Exchange Control Act, 1954 , and this Act may be cited together as the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 and 1958.
