Alt 2.

Talamh atá suite i gContae Bhaile Átha Cliath, arb é—

(a) an talamh a chuimsítear i bhFóilió 14469 contae Bhaile Átha Cliath den chlár úinéireachta ar thalamh ruílse a choimeádtar faoin Acht um Chlárú Teidil 1964,

(b) an talamh a chuimsítear i bhFóilió 1307 contae Bhaile Átha Cliath den chlár a dúradh,

(c) an talamh a chuimsítear i bhFóilió 4459 contae Bhaile Átha Cliath den chlár a dúradh, agus

(d) an talamh a tíolacadh le Dintiúr Tíolacais dar dáta an 2ú lá d’Eanáir 1951 agus a rinneadh idir an Ró-Onórach James Hans Baron Holmpatrick den Chéad Pháirt, Hugh De La Poer Pack-Beresford agus Raymond Frederick Brooke den Dara Páirt agus an tAire Talmhaíochta agus Bia den Tríú Páirt agus a thuairiscítear sa Dintiúr sin mar a leanas “All that and those Firstly all that part of the lands of Sheephill containing two hundred and thirty nine acres one rood and thirty three perches or thereabouts statute measure more particularly delineated and described on the map annexed hereto and thereon coloured pink and Secondly all that part of the lands of Abbotstown containing fifty acres one rood and thirty five perches or thereabouts statute measure more particularly delineated and described on the said map and thereon coloured green and Thirdly all that part of the lands of Deanstown containing thirty two acres two roods and twelve perches or thereabouts statute measure more particularly delineated and described on the said map and thereon coloured blue and Fourthly all that part of the lands of Blanchardstown containing twelve acres three roods and thirty four perches or thereabouts statute measure more particularly delineated and described on the said map and thereon coloured grey and Fifthly all that part of the lands of Cappoge containing twelve acres one rood and nine perches or thereabouts statute measure more particularly delineated and described on the said map and thereon coloured violet and Sixthly all that part of the lands of Snugborough containing one acre and three roods or thereabouts statute measure more particularly delineated and described on the said map and thereon coloured orange and Seventhly all that part of the lands of Blanchardstown containing six perches or thereabouts statute measure more particularly delineated and described on the said map and thereon coloured red all of which said hereditaments and premises hereby assured are situate in the Barony of Castleknock and County of Dublin”.
