AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 10 OF THE GAMING AND LOTTERIES ACT, 1956 . [26th May, 1970.]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
[GA]	Repeal of section 10 of Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956.	1. — Section 10 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 , is hereby repealed.
[GA]	Short title and collective citation.	2. —(1) This Act may be cited as the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1970.
[GA]		(2) The Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 , and this Act may be cited together as the Gaming and Lotteries Acts, 1956 and 1970.
