ACHT UM ATHCHOMHAIRC CHÚIRTE CUARDA, 1927.
Coimisinéirí do cheapa.
1.—(1) Ag gníomhú dho ar chomhairle na hArd-Chomhairle féadfidh an Seanascal, aon uair laistigh de dhá mhí dhéag tar éis rithte an Achta so, pé Coimisinéirí agus pé méid Coimisinéirí is dó leis is ceart do réir na comhairle roimhráite do cheapa chun críche an Achta so.
(2) Ní ceapfar éinne chun bheith ina Choimisinéir chun crícheanna an Achta so maran rud é, le linn a cheaptha, gur duine é a féadfí, fé alt 16 den Acht Cúirteanna Breithiúnais, 1924 (Uimh. 10 de 1924), a cheapa chun bheith ina Bhreitheamh den Ard-Chúirt.
(3) Gach duine a ceapfar chun bheith ina Choimisinéir chun crícheanna an Achta so, beidh sé, faid a mhairfidh a oifig, i seilbh a oifige do réir na sealbhaíochta céanna go mbíonn Breitheamh den Ard-Chúirt i seilbh a oifige dá réir agus beidh an ceart céanna aige chun eirghe as a oifig.
(4) Beidh deire le hoifig Choimisineura chun crícheanna an Achta so nuair a bheidh crícheanna an Achta so cólíonta go hiomlán.
(5) Gach duine a ceapfar chun bheith ina Choimisinéir chun crícheanna an Achta so íocfar leis, faid a bheidh sé i seilbh na hoifige sin, amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas pé luach saothair agus liúntaisí a shocróidh an tAire Dlí agus Cirt le cead an Aire Airgid.

2.—(1) Gach athchomharc a dineadh chun na hArd-Chúirte i gcoinnibh breitheanna na Cúirte Cuarda fé alt 61 den Acht Cúirteanna Breithiúnais, 1924 (Uimh. 10 de 1924) agus atá ar feitheamh le linn rithte an Achta-so, féadfidh beirt Choimisinéirí chun crícheanna an Achta so é d'éisteacht agus do bhreithiúnú in ionad beirt Bhreithiún den Ard-Chúirt á éisteacht agus á bhreithiúnú fén alt san 61.
(2) Ag éisteacht agus ag breithiúnú athchomharc fén Acht so dhóibh beidh ag Coimisinéirí chun crícheanna an Achta so gach comhacht, údarás, agus príbhléid atá ag Breithimh den Ard-Chúirt.
(3) Bainfidh ailt 61 agus 62 den Acht Cúirteanna Breithiúnais, 1924, agus gach riail ionbhainte chúirte le héisteacht agus le breithiúnú athchomharc fén Acht so ag Coimisinéirí chun crícheanna an Achta so ach tagairt do sna Coimisinéirí sin do bheith in ionad gach tagartha sna hailt agus sna rialacha san do Bhreithimh den Ard-Chúirt, agus dá réir sin beidh ag gach ordú a dhéanfidh beirt Choimisinéirí den tsórt san fén Acht so an fheidhm agus an éifeacht chéanna a bheadh ag ordú den tsórt chéanna a dhéanfadh beirt Bhreithiún den Ard-Chúirt agus beidh sé ionchurtha i bhfeidhm sa tslí chéanna.

3.—(1) Suidhfidh na Coimisinéirí chun crícheanna an Achta so, chun athchomhairc d'éisteacht agus do bhreithiúnú fén Acht so, i pé áit no áiteanna i gCathair Bhaile Atha Cliath a ordóidh an tAire Dlí agus Cirt o am go ham.
(2) Féadfidh na Coimisinéirí chun crícheanna an Achta so a shocrú cadiad na hamannta a shuidhfid chun athchomhairc d'éisteacht agus do bhreithiúnú fén Acht so agus cé hiad na Coimisinéirí áirithe a éistfidh agus a bhreithiúnóidh aon athchomharc áirithe.

CIRCUIT COURT APPEALS ACT, 1927.
Appointment of Commissioners.
1.—(1) The Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Executive Council, may at any time within twelve months after the passing of this Act, appoint such and so many Commissioners for the purpose of this Act as he shall on the advice aforesaid think proper.
(2) No person shall be appointed to be a Commissioner for the purposes of this Act unless at the time of his appointment he is a person who could, under section 16 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 (No. 10 of 1924), be appointed to be a Judge of the High Court.
(3) Every person appointed to be a Commissioner for the purposes of this Act shall, while his office continues, hold his office by the like tenure as a Judge of the High Court holds his office and with the like right of resignation.
(4) The office of a Commissioner for the purposes of this Act shall cease when the purposes of this Act have been fully performed.
(5) Every person appointed to be a Commissioner for the purposes of this Act shall, while he holds that office, be paid out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas such remuneration and allowances as the Minister for Justice shall, with the sanction of the Minister for Finance determine.
Hearing of Circuit Court Appeals by Commissioners.
2.—(1) Every appeal from the Circuit Court to the High Court under section 61 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 (No. 10 of 1924) which is pending at the passing of this Act may, in lieu of being heard and determined by two Judges of the High Court under the said section 61, be heard and determined by two Commissioners for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Commissioners for the purposes of this Act when hearing and determining appeals under this Act shall have all the powers, jurisdictions, and privileges of Judges of the High Court.
(3) Sections 61 and 62 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 and all relevant rules of court shall apply to the hearing and determination under this Act of appeals by Commissioners for the purposes of this Act with the substitution of reference to such Commissioners for all references in such sections and rules to Judges of the High Court, and accordingly every order made under this Act by two such Commissioners shall have the same force and effect and be enforceable in the same manner as a like order made by two Judges of the High Court would have and be.
Places and times for sittings of Commissioners.
3.—(1) The Commissioners for the purposes of this Act shall sit to hear and determine appeals under this Act at such place or places in the City of Dublin as the Minister for Justice shall from time to time direct.
(2) The Commissioners for the purposes of this Act may fix the times at which they will sit to hear and determine appeals under this Act and the particular Commissioners who will hear and determine any particular appeal.
Short title.
4.—This Act may be cited as the Circuit Court Appeals Act, 1927.
