2.—(1) Fé réir forálacha an ailt seo, féadfidh an Ard-Chomhairle aon uair, le hordú, ceiliúra do dhéanamh, mar gheall ar réasúin adéarfar san ordú san, ar aon phinsean a deonadh fén bPríomh-Acht pe'ca roimh rith an Achta so no dá éis sin a deonadh é.
(2) Ní ceiliúrfar aon phinsean den tsórt san de dheascaibh aon ghnímh a dineadh roimh rith an Achta so.
(3) Ní ceiliúrfar amhlaidh aon phinsean den tsórt san mara ndintar ná go dtí go ndéanfar na réasúin atá leis an gceiliúra san atá beartuithe do chur in úil i scríbhinn don duine atá ag fáil an phinsin agus caoi réasúnta do thabhairt don duine sin ar pé míniú, freagra no cás eile is ceart dar leis do dhéanamh chun na hArd-Chomhairle i dtaobh an cheiliúrtha san atá beartuithe no i dtaobh na réasún atá leis.
(4) Gach ordú a dhéanfidh an Ard-Chomhairle fén alt so foillseofar é san Iris Oifigiúil chó luath agus is féidir é tar éis a dhéanta.

MILITARY SERVICE PENSIONS ACT, 1925.
Definition.
1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Military Service Pensions Act, 1924 (No. 48 of 1924).
Revocation of military service pension.
2.—(1) Subject to the provisions of this section, the Executive Council may at any time by order revoke for reasons stated in such order any pension granted under the Principal Act whether before or after the passing of this Act.
(2) No such pension shall be revoked in consequence of any act committed prior to the passing of this Act.
(3) No such pension shall be so revoked unless or until the reasons for such proposed revocation have been communicated in writing to the person in receipt of the pension and such person has been given a reasonable opportunity of making to the Executive Council such explanation, answer, or other case as he may think proper in relation to such proposed revocation or the reasons therefor.
(4) Every order made by the Executive Council under this section shall be published in the Iris Oifigiúil as soon as may be after it is made.
Short title.
3.—This Act may be cited as the Military Service Pensions Act, 1925, and this Act and the Principal Act may be cited together as the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 and 1925.
