1. —Leasaítear leis seo fo-alt (2) d'alt 3 den Acht um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta, 1960, tríd an mír seo a leanas a chur isteach i ndiaidh mhír (cc) (a cuireadh isteach leis an Acht um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta (Leasú), 1971):

“(ccc) Iocaíochtaí leis an gComhlachas nach mó san iomlan ná £3,100,070, de réir aon chomhshocraíochtaí idir an Rialtas agus an Comhlachas de bhíthin aon Rúin ó Bhord Rialtóirí an Chomhlachais i dtaobh sócmhainní breise airgeadais,”,

agus, dá réir sin, beidh éifeacht ag an bhfo-alt sin mar atá leagtha amach sa Tábla a ghabhann leis an alt seo:

Gearrtheideal agus comhlua.

2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta (Leasú), 1973, a ghairm den Acht seo.

(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta, 1960 go 1973, a ghairm de na hAchtanna um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta, 1960 agus 1971, agus den Acht seo le chéile.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1973

Amendment of section 3 of International Development Association Act, 1960.

1.—Subsection (2) of section 3 of the International Development Association Act, 1960, is hereby amended by the insertion after paragraph (cc) (inserted by the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1971) of the following paragraph:

“(ccc) Payments to the Association not exceeding in aggregate £3,100,070, in accordance with any arrangements made between the Government and the Association arising out of any Resolution of the Board of Governors of the Association on additional financial resources,”,

and, accordingly, that subsection shall have effect as set out in the Table to this section:

(2) The following payments, as and when they become appropriate to be made on behalf of the Government, shall be made out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof:

(a) payments under subsections (a) to (d) of Section 2 of Article II of the Agreement,

(b) payments under Section 1 of Article III of the Agreement,

(c) payments under paragraph (a) of Section 2 of Article IV of the Agreement,

(cc) payments to the Association not exceeding in aggregate the equivalent in Irish currency of 4 million United States dollars of the weight and fineness in effect on the 1st day of January, 1960, in accordance with any arrangements made between the Government and the Association arising out of any Resolution of the Board of Governors of the Association on additional financial resources,

(ccc) payments to the Association not exceeding in aggregate £3,100,070, in accordance with any arrangements made between the Government and the Association arising out of any Resolution of the Board of Governors of the Association on additional financial resources,

(d) payments under subparagraph (i) of paragraph (c) of Section 4 of Article VII of the Agreement.

Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1973.

(2) The International Development Association Acts, 1960 and 1971, and this Act may be cited together as the International Development Association Acts, 1960 to 1973.
