1.—Beidh an tAcht chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Athló (Leasú), 1923 (Uimh. 48 de 1923), athghairmthe agus athghairmtear leis seo é.

2.—Beidh an tAcht chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Athló, 1922 (Uimh. 4 de 1922), athghairmthe agus athghairmtear leis seo é tríd na focail agus na figiúrí “31adh lá de Mhárta, 1925,” do chur in ionad na bhfocal agus na bhfigiúirí “1adh lá d'Eanair, 1924,” san áit ina bhfuil na focail agus na figiúirí deiridh sin i bhfo-alt (1) d'alt 1, agus i bhfo-alt (1) d'alt 2 den Acht roimhráite.

3.—Féadfar an tAcht chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Ath-ló (Leasú), 1924, do ghairm den Acht so agus féadfar an tAcht so agus na hAchtanna chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Ath-ló, 1922 agus 1923, do luadh le chéile fén ainm na hAchtanna chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Ath-ló, 1922 go 1924.

LOCAL ELECTIONS POSTPONEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1924.

Repeal of No. 48 of 1923.

1.—The Local Elections Postponement (Amendment) Act, 1923 (No. 48 of 1923), shall be and is hereby repealed.

Amendment of No. 4 of 1922.

2.—The Local Elections Postponement Act, 1922 (No. 4 of 1922), shall be and is hereby amended by the substitution of the words and figures “31st day of March, 1925,” for the words and figures “1st day of January, 1924,” where the last mentioned words and figures occur in sub-section (1) of section 1, and sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Act aforesaid.

Short title.

3.—This Act may be referred to as the Local Elections Postponement (Amendment) Act, 1924, and this Act and the Local Elections Postponement Acts, 1922 and 1923, may be cited together as the Local Elections Postponement Acts, 1922 to 1924.
