1.—Leasófar an tAcht chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Ath-ló, 1922 (Uimh. 4 de 1922), agus leasuítear é leis seo tríd na focail agus na figiúirí “30adh lá de Mheán Fhomhair” do chur in ionad na bhfocal agus na bhfigiúirí “ladh lá d'Eanair” san áit ina bhfuil na focail agus na figiúirí deiridh sin i bhfo-alt (1) d'alt l agus i bhfo-alt (1) d'alt 2 den Acht san.

2.—Féadfar An tAcht chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Ath-ló (Leasú), 1923, do ghairm den Acht so, agus féadfar tagairt a dhéanamh don Acht so agus don Acht chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Ath-ló, 1922, i dteanta a chéile, mar na hAchtanna chun Toghacháin Áitiúla do chur ar Ath-ló, 1922 agus 1923.

LOCAL ELECTIONS POSTPONEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1923.
Amendment of No. 4 of 1922.
1.—The Local Elections Postponement Act, 1922 (No. 4 of 1922), shall be and is hereby amended by the substitution of the words and figures “30th day of September” for the words and figures “1st day of January” where the last mentioned words and figures occur in sub-section (1) of section 1 and sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Act aforesaid.
Short Title.
2.—This Act may be referred to as The Local Elections Postponement (Amendment) Act, 1923, and this Act and the Local Elections Postponement Act, 1922, may be cited together as the Local Elections Postponement Acts, 1922 and 1923.
