ACHT NA nARM TEINE (FORÁLACHA SEALADACHA) (BUANÚ), 1925.
Buanú an Achta Shealadaigh.
1.—Leanfidh Acht na nArm Teine (Forálacha Sealadacha), 1924 (Uimh. 9 de 1924), i bhfeidhm go dtí an 31adh lá d'Iúl, 1925, agus ragha sé in éag ansan.
Buanú ar na rialacháin a dineadh agus ar na ceadúnaisí a tugadh amach fén Acht Sealadach.
2.—(1) Gach rialachán a dineadh fé Acht na nArm Teine (Forálacha Sealadacha), 1924 (Uimh. 9 de 1924), agus atá i bhfeidhm an 4adh lá d'Abrán, 1925, leanfa sé i bhfeidhm (fé réir aon leasú no atharú a dineadh ann fén Acht san) go dtí go gceiliúrfar an céanna fén Acht san no go dtí an 31adh lá d'Iúl, 1925, pe'ca is túisce a thárlóidh.
(2) Gach ceadúnas arm teine a tugadh amach fé Acht san na nArm Teine (Forálacha Sealadacha), 1924, no fé aon rialachán a dineadh fén Acht san agus nár ceiliúradh no nár cuireadh ar nea-mbrí roimh rith an Achta so leanfa sé i bhfeidhm, gan aon táille bhreise d'íoc, ach fé réir aon atharú a dineadh go dleathach ann, ón dáta a luadhadh ann chun é do dhul in éag (pe'ca roimh rith an Achta so no ina dhiaidh don dáta san) go dtí go ndéanfar an ceadúnas san do cheiliúra no do chur ar nea-mbrí fén Acht san no fé sna rialacháin sin no go dtí an 31adh lá d'Iúl, 1925, pe'ca is túisce a thárlóidh.

FIREARMS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) (CONTINUANCE) ACT, 1925.
Continuance of Temporary Act.
1.—The Firearms (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1924 (No. 9 of 1924), shall continue in force until the 31st day of July, 1925, and shall then expire.
Continuance of regulations made and licences issued under Temporary Act.
2.—(1) Every regulation made under the Firearms (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1924 (No. 9 of 1924), which is in force on the 4th day of April, 1925, shall (subject to any amendment or variation made therein under the said Act) continue in force until the same is revoked under the said Act or until the 31st day of July, 1925, whichever shall first occur.
(2) Every firearm licence issued under the said Firearms (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1924, or any regulation made thereunder which was not revoked or cancelled before the passing of this Act shall, without the payment of any additional fee, but subject to any variation lawfully made therein, continue in force from the date named therein for the expiry thereof (whether such date is before or after the passing of this Act) until such licence is revoked or cancelled under the said Act or regulations or until the 31st day of July, 1925, whichever shall first occur.
Short title.
3.—This Act may be cited as the Firearms (Temporary Provisions) (Continuance) Act, 1925.
