Leasú ar alt 3 den Acht um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta, 1960.

1.—Leasaítear leis seo alt 3 den Acht um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta, 1960, trí na míreanna seo a leanas a chur in ionad mhír (n) (a cuireadh isteach leis an Acht um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta (Leasú), 1997) d'fho-alt (2) (a cuireadh isteach leis an Acht um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta (Leasú), 1980):

“(n) íocaíochtaí leis an gComhlachas nach mó san iomlán ná £20,000,000, de réir aon chomhshocraíochtaí idir an Rialtas agus an Comhlachas de bhíthin aon rúin ó Bhord Rialtóirí an Chomhlachais i dtaobh sócmhainní breise airgeadais,

(o) íocaíochtaí faoi fhomhír (i) de mhír (c) d'Alt 4 d'Airteagal VII den Chomhaontú.”.

Gearrtheideal agus comhlua.

2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta (Leasú), 2000, a ghairm den Acht seo.

(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta, 1960 go 2000, a ghairm de na hAchtanna um Chomhlachas Forbartha Idirnáisiúnta, 1960 go 1997, agus den Acht seo le chéile.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2000

[20th June, 2000]

Amendment of section 3 of International Development Association Act, 1960.

1.—Section 3 of the International Development Association Act, 1960, is hereby amended by the substitution of the following paragraphs for paragraph (n) (inserted by the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1997) of subsection (2) (inserted by the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1980):

“(n) payments to the Association not exceeding in aggregate £ 20,000,000, in accordance with any arrangements made between the Government and the Association arising out of any resolution of the Board of Governors of the Association on additional financial resources,

(o) payments under subparagraph (i) of paragraph (c) of Section 4 of Article VII of the Agreement.”.

Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 2000.

(2) The International Development Association Acts, 1960 to 1997, and this Act may be cited together as the International Development Association Acts, 1960 to 2000.
