DAIRY PRODUCE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1937.
Extension of licences under section 42 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924.
1.—Every licence granted under sub-section (2) of section 42 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), and in force by virtue of section 8 of the Dairy Produce (Amendment) Act, 1934 (No. 34 of 1934), on the 31st day of March, 1937, shall be deemed to have remained in force until the passing of this Act and shall, if the premises to which such licence relates are on the passing of this Act registered in the register of manufacturing exporters kept under section 14 of the said Dairy Produce Act, 1924, remain in force so long as the said premises continue to be so registered, but such licence may be revoked at any time by the Minister for Agriculture.
Short title and citation.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Dairy Produce (Amendment) Act, 1937, and the Dairy Produce Acts, 1924 to 1934 and this Act may be cited together as the Dairy Produce Acts, 1924 to 1937.

1.—Gach ceadúnas do deonadh fé fho-alt (2) d'alt 42 den Acht Tora Déiríochta, 1924 (Uimh. 58 de 1924), agus a bhí i bhfeidhm an 31adh lá de Mhárta, 1937, de bhuadh ailt 8 den Acht Tora Déiríochta (Leasú), 1934 (Uimh. 34 de 1934), tuigfear é d'fhanúint i bhfeidhm go dtí am an Achta so do rith agus, má bhíonn an t-áitreabh le n-a mbaineann an ceadúnas san cláruithe le linn an Achta so do rith sa chlár d'easportálaithe déantóireachta atá á choimeád fé alt 14 den Acht Tora Déiríochta, 1924. adubhradh, fanfa sé i bhfeidhm faid a leanfaidh an t-áitreabh san de bheith cláruithe amhlaidh, ach féadfaidh an tAire Talmhaíochta an ceadúnas san do cheiliúradh tráth ar bith.
