1.—Féadfidh an tAire Airgid suim Sé Chéad agus Seacht Míle Ochtód, Ceithre Chéad agus Nócha Punt do thabhairt amach as an bPrímh-Chiste agus í do chur chun slánuithe an tsoláthair a deonadh i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch an t-aonú lá déag ar fhichid de Mhárta, míle, naoi gcéad, a seacht fichead.

£8,081,717 do thabhairt amach as an bPrímh-Chiste i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch 31adh Márta, 1928.

2.—Féadfidh an tAire Airgid suim Ocht Milleon, Aon Mhíle Ochtód, Seacht gCéad agus Seacht bPúint Déag do thabhairt amach as an bPrímh-Chiste agus í do chur chun slánuithe an tsoláthair a deonadh i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch an t-aonú lá déag ar fhichid de Mhárta, míle, naoi gcéad, a hocht fichead.

Comhacht an Aire Airgid chun iasacht d'fháil.

3.—(1) Féadfidh an tAire Airgid aon tsuim no suimeanna ná raghaidh a n-iomlán thar Ocht Milleon, Seacht gCéad agus Naoi Míle Seascad, Dhá Chéad agus Seacht bPúint d'fháil ar iasacht o aon duine agus féadfidh Banc na hÉireann an tsuim no na suimeanna san do roimh-íoc leis an Aire Airgid ar chreidiúint na suimeanna roimhráite agus chun críche na hiasachta san féad fidh an tAire Airgid urúsanna do bhunú agus do thabhairt amach ar pé ráta úis is oiriúnach leis agus fé pé coiníollacha is oiriúnach leis i dtaobh aisíoca, fuascailte no aon ní eile.

(2) Is ar an bPrímh-Chiste no ar a thora fáis a bheidh muirear colna agus úis aon urúsanna a tabharfar amach fén Acht so agus muirear na gcostaisí fé n-a raghfar i dtaobh tabhairt-amach na n-urús san.

(3) Aon airgead a soláthrófar de bharr urúsanna a tabharfar amach fén Acht so cuirfear é chun creidiúna do chuntas an Stát-Chiste agus beidh sé ina chuid den Phrímh-Chiste agus beidh sé ar fáil in aon tslí 'na mbeidh an Ciste sin ar fáil.

CENTRAL FUND ACT, 1927.


AN ACT TO APPLY CERTAIN SUMS OUT OF THE CENTRAL FUND TO THE SERVICE OF THE YEARS ENDING ON THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF MARCH ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN AND ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-EIGHT. [1st April, 1927.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTAT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— [GA]

Issue of £687,490 out of the Central Fund for the service of the year ending 31st March, 1927.

1.—The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Central Fund and apply towards making good the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven the sum of Six Hundred and Eighty-seven Thousand, Four Hundred and Ninety Pounds.

2.—The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Central Fund and apply towards making good the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight the sum of Eight Millions and Eighty-one Thousand, and Seven Hundred and Seventeen Pounds.

Power of Minister for Finance to borrow.

3.—(1) The Minister for Finance may borrow from any person and the Bank of Ireland may advance to the Minister for Finance, on the credit of the said sums any sum or sums not exceeding in the whole Eight Millions Seven Hundred and Sixty-nine Thousand, Two Hundred and Seven Pounds, and for the purpose of such borrowing the Minister for Finance may create and issue any securities bearing such rate of interest, and subject to such conditions as to repayment, redemption or otherwise as he thinks fit.

(2) The principal and interest of any securities issued under this Act and the expenses incurred in connection with the issue of such securities shall be charged on the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof.

(3) Any money raised by securities issued under this Act shall be placed to the credit of the account of the Exchequer and shall form part of the Central Fund and be available in any manner in which such Fund is available.

Short title.

4.—This Act may be cited as the Central Fund Act, 1927.
