Orduithe a dhaingniú.
1.—(1) Daingnítear leis seo na hOrduithe ar leithligh a luaitear sa dara colún den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht seo, agus a rinneadh faoin Acht d'Fhorchur Dleacht, 1957, agus faoin Acht Airgeadais, 1962.
(2) Na sonraí a luaítear sa chéad cholún agus sa tríú colún faoi seach den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht seo maidir leis na hOrduithe a luaitear sa dara colún den Sceideal sin, is chuige amháin a cuireadh isteach sa Sceideal sin iad chun gur fusaide tagairt do na hOrduithe sin agus iad a aithint agus, dá réir sin, ní dhéanfaidh aon ní sa chéad cholún sin ná sa tríú colún sin difear d'fhorléiriú, ná teorannú ná rialú ar oibriú, an ailt seo agus an dara colún den Sceideal sin.

2.—Féadfar an tAcht d'Fhorchur Dleachtanna (Orduithe a Dhaingniú), 1970, a ghairm den Acht seo.

IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS) ACT, 1970
Confirmation of Orders.
1.—(1) The several Orders mentioned in the second column of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957, and the Finance Act, 1962, are hereby confirmed.
(2) The particulars stated in the first and third columns respectively of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Orders mentioned in the second column of that Schedule are inserted solely to facilitate reference to and identification of those Orders and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of that Schedule.
Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1970.
