Méadú ar an tórainn le hairleacain chun an Bhoird Iascaigh Mhara as an bPríomh-Chiste.
1.—Déantar leis seo fo-alt (1) d'alt 18 den Acht Iascaigh Mhara, 1952 (Uimh. 7 de 1952) (a fhorálas go bhféadfar airleacain nach mó san iomlán ná cúig chéad míle punt a thabhairt don Bhord Iascaigh Mhara as an bPríomh-Chiste) a leasú trí “milliún punt” a chur in ionad “cúig chéad míle punt”.

2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht Iascaigh Mhara (Leasú), 1956 a ghairm den Acht seo.
(2) Féadfar na hAchta Iascaigh Mhara, 1952 go 1956, a ghairm de na hAchta Iascaigh Mhara, 1952 agus 1955, agus den Acht seo le chéile.

SEA FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1956.
Increase of limit on advances to An Bord Iascaigh Mhara out of the Central Fund.
1.—Subsection (1) of section 18 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 (No. 7 of 1952) (which provides for advances not exceeding in the aggregate five hundred thousand pounds out of the Central Fund to An Bord Iascaigh Mhara) is hereby amended by the substitution of “one million pounds” for “five hundred thousand pounds”.
Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1956.
(2) The Sea Fisheries Acts, 1952 and 1955, and this Act may be cited together as the Sea Fisheries Acts, 1952 to 1956.
