ACHT DOCHTÚIREACHTA, 1927.
An Príomh-Acht.
1.—San Acht so cialluíonn an focal “an Príomh-Acht” an tAcht Dochtúireachta, 1925 (Uimh. 2 de 1925).
Buanú arís ar an bPríomh-Acht ag an Ard-Chomhairle.
2.—(1) Má dhineann an Ard-Chomhairle, fé sna comhachta a bronntar ortha chuige sin le halt 3 den Acht Dochtúireachta, 1926 (Uimh. 4 de 1926) an Príomh-Acht do choinneáil i bhfeidhm go dtí an 21adh lá d'Fheabhra, 1927, ansan, fé réir forálacha an ailt seo, féadfidh an Ard-Chomhairle, más oiriúnach leo é, le hordú a dhéanfid roimh an 21adh lá d'Fheabhra, 1927, an Príomh-Acht do choinneáil i bhfeidhm go ceann mí ón 21adh lá san d'Fheabhra, 1927, agus féadfid o am go ham ina dhiaidh sin, le hordú a dhéanfid roimh dhul in éag don Phríomh-Acht fén ordú deiridh roimhe sin a dineadh fén alt so, an Príomh-Acht do choinneáil i bhfeidhm go ceann mí tar éis an dáta ar a raghadh an Príomh-Acht in éag fén ordú deiridh sin roimhe sin.
(2) Má dhineann an Ard-Chomhairle ordú fén alt so, leanfidh an Príomh-Acht i bhfeidhm go ceann an mhí dá mbuanófar leis an ordú san é no, má dintar níos mó ná aon ordú amháin den tsórt san, leis an ordú deiridh acu san agus ragha sé in éag ansan.
(3) Ní coinneofar an Príomh-Acht i bhfeidm tar éis an 21adh lá de Mheitheamh, 1927, le horduithe a dineadh fén alt so agus dá réir sin ní fhéadfidh an Ard-Chomhairle níos mó ná ceithre horduithe do dhéanamh fén alt so.

3.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht Dochtúireachta, 1927, do ghairm den Acht so.
(2) Léireofar an tAcht so mar éinní amháin leis na hAchtanna Dochtúireachta, 1925 agus 1926, agus féadfar na hAchtanna Dochtúireachta, 1925 go 1927, do ghairm de sna hAchtanna san agus den Acht so le chéile.

MEDICAL ACT, 1927.
The Principal Act.
1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Medical Act, 1925 (No. 2 of 1925).
Further continuance of Principal Act by Executive Council.
2.—(1) If the Principal Act is continued in force until the 21st day of February, 1927, by the Executive Council under the powers in that behalf conferred on them by section 3 of the Medical Act, 1926 (No. 4 of 1926) then, subject to the provisions of this section, the Executive Council, if they so think fit, may by order made before the 21st day of February, 1927, continue the Principal Act in force for one month from the said 21st day of February, 1927, and may thereafter from time to time by order made before the expiration of the Principal Act under the last previous order made under this section continue the Principal Act in force for one month after the date on which the Principal Act would have expired under such last previous order.
(2) If an order is made by the Executive Council under this section the Principal Act shall continue in force until the end of the month for which it is continued by such order or, if more than one such order is made, the last of such orders and shall then expire.
(3) The Principal Act shall not be continued in force after the 21st day of June, 1927, by orders made under this section and accordingly not more than four orders may be made by the Executive Council under this section.
Short title and citation.
3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Medical Act, 1927.
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Medical Acts, 1925 and 1926, and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Medical Acts, 1925 to 1927.
