Airgead atá i gCiste na mBlianacht Ceannaigh do chur de láimh.
1.—(1) Athghairmtear leis seo an méid sin d'fho-alt (2) d'alt 12 den Acht Talmhan, 1923 (Uimh. 42 de 1923), dar tosach na focail “agus íocfaidh an tAire Airgid o am go ham ” agus dar críoch na focail “ mar gheall ar na roimh-íocanna roimhráite,” agus ina ionad san achtuítear leis seo go ndéanfar an t-airgead atá, le linn an Achta so do rith, no bheidh, o am go ham ina dhiaidh sin, i gcreidiúint do Chiste na mBlianacht Ceannaigh d'íoc isteach sa Stát-Chiste no do chur de láimh chun tairbhe don Stát-Chiste ar pé amanta agus i pé slí ordóidh an tAire Airgid.
(2) In ainneoin éinní atá sa bhfo-alt san roimhe seo den alt so, ní déanfar airgead ar bith atá, le linn an Achta so do rith, no bheidh, aon am ina dhiaidh sin, i gcreidiúint do Chiste na mBlianacht Ceannaigh agus a bheadh, mara mbeadh an tAcht so do rith, ionaistrithe (pe'ca tré íocaíocht é no tré chreidiúint do lomháil) ón gCiste sin chun an Chiste Urraíochta, ní déanfar é d'íoc isteach sa Stát-Chiste ná é do chur de láimh chun tairbhe don Stát-Chiste fén alt so.

2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht Talmhan (Ciste na mBlianacht Ceannaigh), 1933, do ghairm den Acht so.
(2) Léireofar an tAcht so mar éinní amháin leis na hAchtanna Talamh-Cheannaigh agus féadfar é do luadh i dteanta na nAcht san.

LAND (PURCHASE ANNUITIES FUND) ACT, 1933.
Disposal of moneys in the Purchase Annuities Fund.
1.—(1) So much of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Land Act, 1923 (No. 42 of 1923), as begins with the words “and there shall from time” and ends with the words “in respect of the aforesaid advances” is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that the moneys which are at the passing of this Act or shall from time to time thereafter be standing to the credit of the Purchase Annuities Fund shall be paid into or disposed of for the benefit of the Exchequer at such times and in such manner as the Minister for Finance shall direct.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing sub-section of this section, no moneys which are at the passing of this Act or at any time thereafter standing to the credit of the Purchase Annuities Fund and would, if this Act had not been passed, be transferable (whether by payment or by allowance of credit) from that Fund to the Guarantee Fund shall be paid into or disposed of for the benefit of the Exchequer under this section.
Short title, citation, and construction.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Land (Purchase Annuities Fund) Act, 1933.
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts and may be cited with those Acts.
