1.—Leanfaidh an hAchta Fórsaí Cosanta (Forála Sealadacha), 1923 go 1951, i bhfeidhm go dtí meán oíche an 31ú lá de Mhárta, 1953, agus raghaid in éag ansin.
Gearrtheidéal agus forléiriú.
2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht Fórsaí Cosanta (Forála Sealadacha), 1952, a ghairm den Acht seo.
(2) Forléireofar mar aon ní amháin an tAcht seo agus na hAchta Fórsaí Cosanta (Forála Sealadacha), 1923 go 1951, agus féadfar na hAchta Fórsaí Cosanta (Forála Sealadacha), 1923 go 1952, a ghairm de na hAchta sin agus den Acht seo le chéile.

DEFENCE FORCES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1952.
Continuance of the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts 1923 to 1951.
1.—The Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1951, shall continue in force until midnight on the 31st day of March, 1953, and shall then expire.
Short title and construction.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1952.
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1951, and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1952.
