1.—Deintear leis seo alt 13 den Acht Iascaigh, 1925 (Uimh. 32 de 1925), do leasú sna slite seo leanas agus léireofar é agus beidh éifeacht aige dá réir sin, sé sin le rá:—

(a) tré sna focail “den aon bhliain déag airgeadais áitiúil” do chur i bhfo-alt (6) den alt san in ionad na bhfocal “de sna naoi mbliana airgeadais áitiúla” atá anois ann, agus

(b) tré sna focail “dhá bhliain déag” do chur i bhfo-alt (7) den alt san in ionad na bhfocal “dheich mbliana” atá anois ann, agus

(c) tré sna focail “den aon bhliain déag” do chur i bhfo-alt (9) den alt san in ionad na bhfocal “de sna naoi mbliana” atá anois ann.

2.—Féadfar an tAcht Iascaigh, 1935, do ghairm den Acht so, agus féadfar na hAchtanna Iascaigh, 1842 go 1935, do ghairm de sna hAchtanna Iascaigh, 1842 go 1933, agus den Acht so le chéile.

FISHERIES ACT, 1935.

Amendment of Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925.

1.—Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—

(a) by the insertion in sub-section (6) of the said section of the word “eleven” in lieu of the word “nine” now contained therein, and

(b) by the insertion in sub-section (7) of the said section of the word “twelve” in lieu of the word “ten” now contained therein, and

(c) by the insertion in sub-section (9) of the said section of the word “eleven” in lieu of the word “nine” now contained therein.

Short title and citation.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1935, and the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1933, and this Act may be cited together as the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1935.
