Alt 4 d'Acht na mBóthar Iarainn, 1933, do leasú.
1.—Déanfar agus deintear leis seo alt 4 d'Acht na mBóthar Iarainn, 1933 (Uimh. 9 de 1933), do leasú sna slite seo leanas agus léireofar é agus beidh éifeacht aige dá réir sin, sé sin le rá:—
(a) tríd an abairt “31adh lá de Mhí na Nodlag, 1935,” do scriosadh amach as gach áit ina bhfuil an abairt sin i bhfo-alt (1) den alt san 4, agus tríd an abairt “31adh lá de Mhí na Nodlag, 1937,” do chur isteach i ngach cás in ionad na habairte scriostar amach amhlaidh, agus
(b) tríd an abairt “1adh lá d'Eanar, 1936,” do scriosadh amach as gach áit ina bhfuil an abairt sin i bhfo-alt (2) den alt san 4, agus tríd an abairt “1adh lá d'Eanar, 1938,” do chur isteach i ngach cás in ionad na habairte scriostar amach amhlaidh.

2.—(1) Féadfar Acht na mBóthar Iarainn, 1935, do ghairm den Acht so.
(2) Féadfar Achtanna na mBóthar Iarainn, 1924 go 1935, do ghairm d'Achtanna na mBóthar Iarainn, 1924 go 1933, agus den Acht so le chéile.

RAILWAYS ACT, 1935.
Amendment of section 4 of the Railways Act, 1933.
1.—Section 4 of the Railways Act, 1933, (No. 9 of 1933), shall be and is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—
(a) by the deletion of the expression “31st day of December, 1935,” wherever that expression occurs in sub-section (1) of the said section 4, and the substitution in every case of the expression “31st day of December, 1937,” for the expression so deleted, and
(b) by the deletion of the expression “1st day of January, 1936,” wherever that expression occurs in sub-section (2) of the said section 4, and the substitution in every case of the expression “1st day of January, 1938,” for the expression so deleted.
Short title and citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Railways Act, 1935.
(2) The Railways Acts, 1924 to 1933, and this Act may be cited together as the Railways Acts, 1924 to 1935.
