1.—Deintear, leis seo, mír (c) d'fho-alt (2) d'alt 12 den Acht Rialtais Áitiúla, 1927 (Uimh. 3 de 1927), d'athghairm agus san an 1adh lá d'Abrán, 1933, agus ón lá san amach, agus beidh éifeacht ag an alt san, agus tuigfear éifeacht do bheith ag an alt san, dá réir sin an lá san agus ón lá san amach.

2.—Athghairmtear leis seo an tAcht Rialtais Áitiúla (Leasú), 1930 (Uimh. 26 de 1930), agus, in ionad ailt 1 den Acht san, achtuítear leis seo go ndéanfar agus go ndeintear leis seo fo-alt (3) d'alt 12 den Acht Rialtais Áitiúla, 1927 (Uimh. 3 de 1927), do leasú agus san an 1adh lá de Dheireadh Fómhair, 1933, agus ón lá san amach, tré sna figiúirí “1938” do chur in ionad na bhfigiúirí “1930” i ndeireadh an fho-ailt sin.

3.—Ní bhainfidh alt 12 den Acht Rialtais Áitiúla, 1927 (Uimh. 3 de 1927), le tithe go ndeineann alt 13 d'Acht na dTithe (Gaeltacht), 1929 (Uimh. 41 de 1929), aon fhaoiseamh alos rátaí do thabhairt ina dtaobh.

4.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht Rialtais Áitiúla (Leasú), 1934, do ghairm den Acht so.
(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna Rialtais Áitiúla, 1925 go 1934, do ghairm de sna hAchtanna Rialtais Áitiúla, 1925 agus 1927, den Acht Rialtais Áitiúla, 1931 (Uimh. 19 de 1931), den Acht Rialtais Áitiúla, 1933 (Uimh. 5 de 1933) agus den Acht so le chéile.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1934.
Partial repeal of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927.
1.—Paragraph (c) of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), is hereby repealed as on and from the 1st day of April, 1933, and the said section shall have and shall be deemed to have had, as on and from the said date effect accordingly.
Amendment of sub-section (3) of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927.
2.—The Local Government (Amendment) Act, 1930 (No. 26 of 1930), is hereby repealed, and in lieu of section 1 thereof it is hereby enacted that sub-section (3) of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), be and is hereby amended, as on and from the 1st day of October, 1933, by the substitution of the figures “1938” for the figures “1930” at the end of that sub-section.
Application of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927.
3.—Section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), shall not apply to houses in relation to which any relief in respect of rates is given by section 13 of the Housing (Gaeltacht) Act, 1929 (No. 41 of 1929).
Short title and citation.
4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Government (Amendment) Act, 1934.
(2) The Local Government Acts, 1925 and 1927, the Local Government Act, 1931 (No. 19 of 1931), the Local Government Act, 1933 (No. 5 of 1933) and this Act may be cited together as the Local Government Acts, 1925 to 1934.
