Orduithe do dhaingniú.
1.—(1) Daingnítear leis seo na hOrduithe uile agus fé seach a luaidhtear sa tríú colún den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht so agus do rinneadh fén Acht chun Diúitéthe do Ghearradh go Práinneach, 1932 (Uimh. 16 de 1932).
(2) Na mion-innste luaidhtear sa dara colún agus sa cheathrú colún fé seach den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht so, maidir leis na hOrduithe luaidhtear sa tríú colún den Sceideal san, is chuige amháin atáid sa Sceideal san chun gurbh usa-de tagairt do na hOrduithe sin agus iad d'aithint agus, dá réir sin, ní dhéanfaidh éinní atá sa dara colún san ná sa cheathrú colún san deifir do léiriú an ailt seo ná do léiriú an tríú colúin den Sceideal san ná ní dhéanfaidh teorannú ná rialú ar oibriú an ailt seo ná an cholúin sin.

IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS) ACT, 1942.
Confirmation of Orders.
1.—(1) The several Orders mentioned in the third column of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Emergency Imposition of Duties Act, 1932 (No. 16 of 1932), are hereby confirmed.
(2) The particulars stated in the second and fourth columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Orders mentioned in the third column of the said Schedule are inserted in the said Schedule solely to facilitate reference to and identification of the said Orders, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said second column or the said fourth column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the third column of the said Schedule.
Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1942.
