AN tACHT PRÍOMH-CHISTE, 1963.

£9,034,624 a eisiúint as an bPríomh-Chiste i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch 31 Márta, 1963.

1.—Féadfaidh an tAire Airgeadais suim Naoi Milliún Tríocha Ceathair Míle Sé Chéad Fiche agus Ceithre Phunt a eisiúint as an bPríomh-Chiste agus í a chur chun slánaithe an tsoláthair a deonaíodh i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch an t-aonú lá is tríocha de Mhárta míle naoi gcéad seasca a trí.

£55,370,000 a eisiúint as an bPríomh-Chiste i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch 31 Márta, 1964.

2.—Féadfaidh an tAire Airgeadais suim Caoga Cúig Milliún Trí Chéad Seachtó Míle Punt a eisiúint as an bPríomh-Chiste agus í a chur chun slánaithe an tsoláthair a deonaíodh i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch an t-aonú lá is tríocha de Mhárta míle naoi gcéad seasca a ceathair.

Cumhacht don Aire Airgeadais chun suim nach mó ná £64,404,624 a fháil ar iasacht.

3.—(1) Féadfaidh an tAire Airgeadais aon suim nó suimeanna nach mó san iomlán ná Seasca Ceathair Milliún Ceithre Chéad agus Ceithre Mhíle Sé Chéad Fiche agus Ceithre Phunt a fháil ar iasacht ó dhuine ar bith agus, chun an céanna a fháil ar iasacht, féadfaidh an tAire Airgeadais urrúis ar bith a bhunú agus a eisiúint agus iad faoi cibé ráta úis agus fós faoi réir cibé coinníollacha i dtaobh aisíoca nó fuascailte nó eile is oiriúnach leis.

(2) Is ar an bPríomh-Chiste nó a thoradh fáis a bheidh muirear príomhshuime agus úis aon urrús a eiseofar faoin Acht seo agus muirear na gcostas faoina rachfar i ndáil leis na hurrúis sin a eisiúint.

(3) Aon airgead a chruinneofar trí urrúis a eiseofar faoin Acht seo, cuirfear chun creidmheasa do chuntas an Státchiste é agus beidh sé ina chuid den Phríomh-Chiste agus beidh sé ar fáil in aon slí ina mbeidh an Príomh-Chiste ar fáil.

CENTRAL FUND ACT, 1963.

Issue of £9,034,624 out of the Central Fund for the service of the year ending 31st March, 1963.

1.—The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Central Fund and apply towards making good the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March one thousand nine hundred and sixty-three, the sum of Nine Million Thirty-four Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty-four Pounds.

Issue of £55,370,000 out of the Central Fund for the service of the year ending 31st March, 1964.

2.—The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Central Fund and apply towards making good the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March one thousand nine hundred and sixty-four, the sum of Fifty-five Million Three Hundred and Seventy Thousand Pounds.

Power of Minister for Finance to borrow up to £64,404,624.

3.—(1) The Minister for Finance may borrow from any person any sum or sums not exceeding in the whole Sixty-four Million Four Hundred and Four Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty-four Pounds and for the purpose of such borrowing the Minister for Finance may create and issue any securities bearing such rate of interest and subject to such conditions as to repayment, redemption or otherwise as he thinks fit.

(2) The principal and interest of any securities issued under this Act and the expenses incurred in connection with the issue of such securities shall be charged on the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof.

(3) Any money raised by securities issued under this Act shall be placed to the credit of the account of the Exchequer and shall form part of the Central Fund and be available in any manner in which such Fund is available.

Short title.

4.—This Act may be cited as the Central Fund Act, 1963.
