Méadú ar an méid airgid is ineisithe as ciste na n-iasacht áitiúla.
1.—Athghairmtear leis seo alt 1 d'Acht Ciste na nIasacht Áitiúla (Leasú), 1956 (Uimh. 29 de 1956), agus ina ionad sin achtaítear leis seo nach raghaidh méid iomlán an airgid a heiseofar as ciste na n-iasacht áitiúla i leith iasacht áitiúla i rith na tréimhse a luaitear i bhfo-alt (3) d'alt 4 d'Acht Ciste na nIasacht Áitiúla, 1935 (Uimh. 16 de 1935), thar suim chéad agus tríocha is cúig milliún punt.
Gearrtheideal agus comhlua.
2.—(1) Féadfar Acht Ciste na nIasacht Áitiúla (Leasú), 1957, a ghairm den Acht seo.
(2) Féadfar Achta Ciste na nIasacht Áitiúla, 1935 go 1957, a ghairm d'Achta Ciste na nIasacht Áitiúla, 1935 go 1956, agus den Acht seo le chéile.

LOCAL LOANS FUND (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1957.
Increase of limit on issues from the local loans fund.
1.—Section 1 of the Local Loans Fund (Amendment) Act, 1956 (No. 29 of 1956), is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that the aggregate amount of the moneys issued from the local loans fund in respect of local loans during the period mentioned in subsection (3) of section 4 of the Local Loans Fund Act, 1935 (No. 16 of 1935), shall not exceed the sum of one hundred and thirty-five million pounds.
Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Loans Fund (Amendment) Act, 1957.
(2) The Local Loans Fund Acts, 1935 to 1956, and this Act may be cited together as the Local Loans Fund Acts, 1935 to 1957.
