1.—San Acht so cialluíonn an abairt “an Príomh-Acht” an tAcht Iascaigh (Uiscí Taoide), 1934 (Uimh. 24 de 1934).

2.—Chun crícheanna fo-alt (1) agus (2) d'alt 14 den Phríomh-Acht is bliain iascaigh gach tréimhse acu so leanas, i dteanta na dtréimhsí luaidhtear i bhfo-alt (3) den alt san, sé sin le rá:—

FISHERIES (TIDAL WATERS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1935.

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 14 OF THE FISHERIES (TIDAL WATERS) ACT, 1934, AND TO EXTEND FOR A LIMITED PERIOD THE TIME DURING WHICH THE SAID ACT, AS SO AMENDED, SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE. [2nd August, 1935.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— [GA]

The Principal Act.

1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Fisheries (Tidal Waters) Act, 1934 (No. 24 of 1934).

Amendment of section 14 of the Principal Act.

2.—For the purposes of sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 14 of the Principal Act, each of the following periods shall, in addition to those mentioned in sub-section (3) of the said section, be a fishery year, that is to say:—

(a) the period of twelve months ending on the 30th day of September, 1936, and

[GA]

(b) the period of twelve months ending on the 30th day of September, 1937.

Continuance of the Principal Act.

3.—The Principal Act, as amended by the immediately preceding section, shall continue in force until the 31st day of December, 1937, and shall then expire.

Short title and citation.

4.—This Act may be cited as the Fisheries (Tidal Waters) (Amendment) Act, 1935, and the Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Fisheries (Tidal Waters) Acts, 1934 and 1935.
