ACHT NÁISIÚNTACHTA AGUS SAORÁNACHTA ÉIREANN (LEASÚ), 1937.
An Príomh-Acht.
1.—San Acht so cialluíonn an abairt “an Príomh-Acht” Acht Náisiúntachta agus Saoránachta Éireann, 1935 (Uimh. 13 de 1935).
Deireadh do chur leis an teorainn atá leis an am chun clárú do dhéanamh.
2.—(1) Deintear leis seo an méid sin d'fho-alt (5) d'alt 2 den Phríomh-Acht a theorannuíonn an t-am in ar féidir clárú do dhéanamh do réir an fho-ailt sin d'athghairm amhail o dháta an Phríomh-Achta do rith agus ina ionad san achtuítear leis seo—
(a) go bhféadfar (fé réir forálacha na céad mhíre ina dhiaidh seo den fho-alt so) clárú do réir an fho-ailt sin (5) do dhéanamh agus go dtuigfear gurbh fhéidir riamh san do dhéanamh tráth ar bith tar éis an Phríomh-Achta do rith, pe'ca roimh an Acht so do rith no dá éis sin é, agus
(b) ná clárófar éinne do réir an fho-ailt sin (5) tar éis an Achta so do rith gan toiliú an Aire Dlí agus Cirt.
(2) Déanfar an tagairt atá i mír (b) d'fho-alt (4) den alt san 2 den Phríomh-Acht don chéad fho-alt ina dhiaidh sin den alt san do léiriú, agus beidh éifeacht aici agus tuigfear éifeacht do bheith riamh aici, mar thagairt don fho-alt san fé mar a leasuítear é leis an alt so.

3.—(1) Féadfar Acht Náisiúntachta agus Saoránachta Éireann (Leasú), 1937, do ghairm den Acht so.
(2) Féadfar Achtanna Náisiúntachta agus Saoránachta Éireann, 1935 agus 1937, do ghairm den Phríomh-Acht agus den Acht so le chéile.

IRISH NATIONALITY AND CITIZENSHIP (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1937.
The Principal Act.
1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act, 1935 (No. 13 of 1935).
Removal of limitation on time for registration.
2.—(1) So much of sub-section (5) of section 2 of the Principal Act as limits the time within which registration in accordance with that sub-section may be effected is hereby repealed as from the passing of the Principal Act and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that:—
(a) registration in accordance with the said sub-section (5) may (subject to the provisions of the next following paragraph of this sub-section) be effected and shall be deemed always to have been capable of being effected at any time after the passing of the Principal Act, whether before or after the passing of this Act, and
(b) no person shall be registered in accordance with the said sub-section (5) after the passing of this Act without the consent of the Minister for Justice.
(2) The reference, in paragraph (b) of sub-section (4) of the said section 2 of the Principal Act, to the next following sub-section of that section shall be construed and have effect and be deemed always to have had effect as referring to that sub-section as amended by this section.
Short title and citation.
3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Irish Nationality and Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 1937.
(2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Acts, 1935 and 1937.
