An tAcht um Rialú Iomlaoide, 1954, a choimeád i ngníomh.
1.—Déantar leis seo an fo-alt seo a leanas a chur in ionad fo-ailt (2) d'alt 2 den Acht um Rialú Iomlaoide, 1954:
“(2) Fanfaidh an tAcht seo i ngníomh go dtí an 31ú lá de Nollaig, 1962, agus éagfaidh sé ansin.”
Gearrtheideal agus comhlua.
2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht um Rialú Iomlaoide (Buanú), 1958, a ghairm den Acht seo.
(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna um Rialú Iomlaoide, 1954 agus 1958, a ghairm den Acht um Rialú Iomlaoide, 1954, agus den Acht seo le chéile.

EXCHANGE CONTROL (CONTINUANCE) ACT, 1958.
Continuance of Exchange Control Act, 1954.
1.—The following subsection is hereby substituted for subsection (2) of section 2 of the Exchange Control Act, 1954:
“(2) This Act shall continue in operation until the 31st day of December, 1962, and shall then expire.”
Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1958.
(2) The Exchange Control Act, 1954, and this Act may be cited together as the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 and 1958.
