An Príomh-Acht.
1.—San Acht so cialluíonn an abairt “an Príomh-Acht” an tAcht Tora Talmhaíochta (Feoil Ur), 1930 (Uimh. 10 de 1930).
Alt 10 den Phríomh-Acht do leasú.
2.—Deintear leis seo alt 10 den Phríomh-Acht do leasú sna slite seo leanas agus léireofar é agus beidh éifeacht aige dá réir sin, sé sin le rá:—
(a) tré sna focail “ocht mí dhéag” do chur in ionad an fhocail “bliain” i bhfo-alt (1) den alt san i ngach áit ina bhfuil an focal san sa bhfo-alt san, agus
(b) tré sna focail “agus ní clárófar go sealadach arís é fén alt so sa chlár san”, atá anois i bhfo-alt (4) den alt san, do scriosadh amach as.
Gearr-theideal agus luadh.
3.—Féadfar an tAcht Tora Talmhaíochta (Feoil Ur), 1931, do ghairm den Acht so, agus féadfar na hAchtanna Tora Talmhaíochta (Feoil Ur), 1930 agus 1931, do ghairm den Phríomh-Acht agus den Acht so le chéile.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (FRESH MEAT) ACT, 1931.
The Principal Act.
1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1930 (No. 10 of 1930).
Amendment of Section 10 of the Principal Act.
2.—Section 10 of the Principal Act is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—
(a) by the insertion in sub-section (1) of the said section of the word “eighteen” in lieu of the word “twelve” wherever the same occurs in the said sub-section, and
(b) by the deletion in sub-section (4) of the said section of the words “and shall not again be provisionally registered under this section in such register,” now contained therein.
Short title and citation.
3.—This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1931, and the Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Acts, 1930 and 1931.
