ELECTRICITY (SUPPLY) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1934.

AN ACT TO INCREASE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE SUMS WHICH MAY BE ADVANCED TO THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY BOARD UNDER THE ELECTRICITY (SUPPLY) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1931. [8th March,1934.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— [GA]

Limit of advances under the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1931.

1.—Sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1931 (No. 32 of 1931), and section 4 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1932 (No. 15 of 1932), are hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that the total amount of the sums advanced to the Electricity Supply Board under the said section 3 of the said Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1931, shall not exceed the sum of three million five hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1934.
