1.—San Acht so cialluíonn an abairt “an Príomh-Acht” an tAcht um Chiontaí in Aghaidh an Stáit (Geallbhruideadh), 1940 (Uimh. 27 de 1940).

2.—Déanfar gach tagairt don 3adh lá de Mheán Fhómhair, 1941, dá bhfuil i bhfo-alt (1) d'alt 2 den Phríomh-Acht, do léiriú mar thagairt don 3adh lá de Mheán Fhómhair, 1942.
Gearr-theideal agus có-luadh.
3.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht um Chiontaí in Aghaidh an Stáit (Geallbhruideadh), 1941, do ghairm den Acht so.
(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna um Chiontaí in Aghaidh an Stáit (Geallbhruideadh), 1940 agus 1941, do ghairm den Phríomh-Acht agus den Acht so le chéile.

OFFENCES AGAINST THE STATE (FORFEITURE) ACT, 1941.
The Principal Act.
1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1940 (No. 27 of 1940).
Amendment of the Principal Act.
2.—Each of the references to the 3rd day of September, 1941, contained in sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Principal Act shall be construed as a reference to the 3rd day of September, 1942.
Short title and collective citation.
3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1941.
(2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Acts, 1940 and 1941.
