1.—Leanfaidh na hAchtanna Fórsaí Cosanta (Forálacha Sealadacha), 1923 go 1943, i bhfeidhm go dtí an 31adh lá de Mhárta, 1945, agus raghaid in éag ansan.

2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht Fórsaí Cosanta (Forálacha Sealadacha), 1944, do ghairm den Acht so.
(2) Léireofar mar éinní amháin an tAcht so agus na hAchtanna Fórsaí Cosanta (Forálacha Sealadacha), 1923 go 1943, agus féadfar na hAchtanna Fórsaí Cosanta (Forálacha Sealadacha), 1923 go 1944, do ghairm de na hAchtanna san agus den Acht so le chéile.

DEFENCE FORCES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1944.
Continuance of the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1943.
1.—The Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1943, shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1945, and shall then expire.
Short title and construction.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1944.
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1943, and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1944.
