ACHT NA mBANNAÍ TALÚN, 1980

Leasú ar alt 6 d'Acht na mBannaí Talmhan, 1934.

1.—Déantar leis seo alt 6 (arna leasú le hAcht na mBannaí Talún, 1978) d'Acht na mBannaí Talmhan, 1934, a chuireann teorainneacha le bunú agus eisiúint bannaí talún, a leasú tríd an bhfo-alt seo a leanas a chur in ionad fho-alt (1):

“(1) Ní rachaidh méid iomlán na mbannaí talún a bhunófar agus a eiseofar faoin Acht seo thar céad is cúig mhilliún punt.”

Gearrtheideal, forléiriú agus lua.

2.—(1) Féadfar Acht na mBannaí Talún, 1980, a ghairm den Acht seo.

(2) Féadfar an tAcht seo agus na hAchtanna Talamh-Cheannaigh a fhorléiriú mar aon ní amháin agus féadfar é a lua i dteannta na nAchtanna sin.

LAND BOND ACT, 1980

Amendment of section 6 of the Land Bond Act, 1934.

1.—Section 6 (as amended by the Land Bond Act, 1978) of the Land Bond Act, 1934, which provides for limitations on the creation and issue of land bonds, is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (1) of the following subsection:

“(1) The total amount of land bonds created and issued under this Act shall not exceed one hundred and five million pounds.”

Short title, construction and citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1980.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts and may be cited with those Acts.
