ACHT PRÍMH-CHISTE, 1930.

1.—Féadfaidh an tAire Airgid suim Dhá Chéad agus Aon Mhíle Seascad, Seacht gCéad agus Trí Púint Cheathrachad do thabhairt amach as an bPrímh-Chiste agus í do chur chun slánuithe an tsoláthair a deonadh i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch an t-aonú lá déag ar fhichid de Mhárta míle naoi gcéad a triocha.

2.—Féadfaidh an tAire Airgid suim Seacht Milleon, Seacht gCéad agus Ceithre Mhíle Ceathrachad, Trí Chéad agus Cúig Púint Seascad do thabhairt amach as an bPrímh-Chiste agus í do chur chun slánuithe an tsoláthair a deonadh i gcóir seirbhíse na bliana dar críoch an t-aonú lá déag ar fhichid de Mhárta míle naoi gcéad a haon triochad.

Comhacht an Aire Airgid chun iasacht d'fháil.

3.—(1) Féadfaidh an tAire Airgid aon tsuim no suimeanna ná raghaidh a n-iomlán thar Ocht Milleon, Sé Mhíle, Céad agus Ocht bPúint d'fháil ar iasacht ó aon duine agus féadfaidh Banc na hÉireann an tsuim no na suimeanna san do roimhíoc leis an Aire Airgid ar chreidiúint na suimeanna roimhráite agus chun críche na hiasachta san féadfaidh an tAire Airgid aon urúsanna do bhunú agus do thabhairt amach ar pé ráta úis is oiriúnach leis agus fé pé coníollacha is oiriúnach leis i dtaobh aisíoca, fuascailte no aon ní eile.

(2) Is ar an bPrímh-Chiste no ar a thora fáis a bheidh muirear colna agus úis aon urúsanna a tabharfar amach fén Acht so agus muirear na gcostaisí fé n-a raghfar i dtaobh tabhairt-amach na n-urús san.

(3) Aon airgead a soláthrófar de bharr urúsanna a tabharfar amach fén Acht so cuirfear é chun creidiúna do chuntas an Stát-Chiste agus beidh sé ina chuid den Phrímh-Chiste agus beidh sé ar fáil in aon tslí 'na mbeidh an Ciste sin ar fáil.

CENTRAL FUND ACT, 1930.

Issue of £261,743 out of the Central Fund for the service of the year ending the 31st March, 1930.

1.—The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Central Fund and apply towards making good the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March one thousand nine hundred and thirty the sum of Two Hundred and Sixty-one Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-three Pounds.

2.—The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Central Fund and apply towards making good the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred and Forty-four Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty-five Pounds.

Power of Minister for Finance to borrow.

3.—(1) The Minister for Finance may borrow from any person and the Bank of Ireland may advance to the Minister for Finance any sum or sums not exceeding in the whole Eight Million Six Thousand One Hundred and Eight Pounds and for the purpose of such borrowing the Minister for Finance may create and issue any securities bearing such rate of interest, and subject to such conditions as to repayment, redemption or otherwise as he thinks fit.

(2) The principal and interest of any securities issued under this Act and the expenses incurred in connection with the issue of such securities shall be charged on the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof.

(3) Any money raised by securities issued under this Act shall be placed to the credit of the account of the Exchequer and shall form part of the Central Fund and be available in any manner in which such Fund is available.

Short title.

4.—This Act may be cited as the Central Fund Act, 1930.
