1.—Beidh ar Chomhairle chontae-bhuirg Chorcaí, an chéad ghnáthlá scortha comhaltaí di tar éis an tAcht seo a rith agus i ndiaidh an lae sin, aon chomhalta is tríocha agus dá réir sin toghfar an líon sin comhaltaí i ngach toghchán comhaltaí don Chomhairle sin a bheidh ann tar éis an tAcht seo a rith.

2.—(1) Féadfar Acht Bainistí Chathair Chorcaí (Leasú), 1965, a ghairm den Acht seo.

(2) Féadfar Achtanna Bainistí Chathair Chorcaí, 1929 go 1965, a ghairm d'Achta Bainistí Chathair Chorcaighe, 1929 go 1955, agus den Acht seo le chéile.

CORK CITY MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1965

Number of members of Council of county borough of Cork.

1.—The Council of the county borough of Cork shall, on and after the ordinary day of retirement of members thereof next after the passing of this Act, consist of thirty-one members and that number of members shall accordingly be elected at every election of members of that Council held after the passing of this Act.

Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Cork City Management (Amendment) Act, 1965.

(2) The Cork City Management Acts, 1929 to 1955, and this Act may be cited together as the Cork City Management Acts, 1929 to 1965.
