Méadú ar dheontais neamhinaisíochta áirithe do Bhord Fáilte Éireann.
1.—Ní rachaidh méid comhiomlán na suimeanna a fhéadfaidh an tAire Iompair agus Cumhachta a íoc le Bord Fáilte Éireann (dá ngairtear an Bord san alt seo), chun an Bord do thabhairt deontais le haghaidh coiríocht saoire a fhorbairt, thar £1,500,000 agus, dá réir sin, déanfar mír (b) d'fho-alt (1) d'alt 2 den Acht um Thrácht Cuartaíochta, 1959, a fhorléiriú ionann is dá gcuirfí an tsuim sin in ionad na suime a luaitear sa mhír sin.
Gearrtheideal agus comhlua.
2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht um Thrácht Cuartaíochta, 1963, a ghairm den Acht seo.
(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna um Thrácht Cuartaíochta, 1939 go 1963, a ghairm de na hAchtanna um Thrácht Cuartaíochta, 1939 go 1961, agus den Acht seo le chéile.

TOURIST TRAFFIC ACT, 1963.
Increase of certain non-repayable grants to Bord Fáilte Éireann.
1.—The aggregate amount of the sums that the Minister for Transport and Power may pay to Bord Fáilte Éireann (in this section referred to as the Board) for the purpose of the giving of grants by the Board for the development of holiday accommodation shall not exceed £1,500,000 and, accordingly, paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Tourist Traffic Act, 1959, shall be construed as if that sum were substituted for the sum mentioned therein.
Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Tourist Traffic Act, 1963.
(2) The Tourist Traffic Acts, 1939 to 1961, and this Act may be cited together as the Tourist Traffic Acts, 1939 to 1963.
