1.—Deintear leis seo alt 13 den Acht Iascaigh, 1925 (Uimh. 32 de 1925), fé mar atá san leasuithe le halt 1 den Acht Iascaigh, 1935 (Uimh. 34 de 1935), do leasú sna slite seo leanas agus léireofar é agus beidh éifeacht aige dá réir sin, sé sin le rá:—

(a) tré sna focail “de sna trí bliana fichead airgeadais áitiúil” do chur i bhfo-alt (6) den alt san 13 in ionad na bhfocal “den aon bhliain déag airgeadais áitiúil” atá anois ann;

(b) tré sna focail “cheithre bliana fichead” do chur i bhfo-alt (7) den alt san 13 in ionad na bhfocal “dhá bhliain déag” atá anois ann; agus

(c) tré sna focail “de sna trí bliana fichead” do chur i bhfo-alt (9) den alt san 13 in ionad na bhfocal “den aon bhliain déag” atá anois ann.

2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht Iascaigh, 1937, do ghairm den Acht so.

(2) Chun crícheanna có-luadhchainte folóidh an abairt “na hAchtanna Iascaigh, 1842 go 1937,” an tAcht so.

FISHERIES ACT, 1937.

Amendment of section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925.

1.—Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), as amended by section 1 of the Fisheries Act, 1935 (No. 34 of 1935), is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—

(a) by the insertion in sub-section (6) of the said section 13 of the word “twenty-three” in lieu of the word “eleven” now contained therein;

(b) by the insertion in sub-section (7) of the said section 13 of the word “twenty-four” in lieu of the word “twelve” now contained therein; and

(c) by the insertion in sub-section (9) of the said section 13 of the word “twenty-three” in lieu of the word “eleven” now contained therein.

Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1937.

(2) For the purposes of collective citation the expression “the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1937” shall include this Act.
