ACHT UM IOMPAR AR BHÓITHRE (UIMH. 2), 1933.

Alt 3 den Acht um Iompar ar Bhóithre, 1933, do leasú.

1.—(1) Deintear leis seo fo-alt (1) d'alt 3 den Acht um Iompar ar Bhóithre, 1933 (Uimh. 8 de 1933), do leasú tré sna figiúirí agus na focail “an 31adh lá de Dheire Fómhair, 1933,” do chur in ionad na bhfocal “mí tar éis dáta an Achta so do rith” atá sa bhfo-alt san anois, agus léireofar an t-alt san agus beidh éifeacht aige dá réir sin.

(2) Beidh éifeacht ag an alt so agus tuigfear go raibh éifeacht aige o dháta an Achta um Iompar ar Bhóithre, 1933, do rith.

ROAD TRANSPORT (No. 2) ACT, 1933.

Amendment of section 3 of the Road Transport Act, 1933.

1.—(1) Sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Road Transport Act, 1933 (No. 8 of 1933), is hereby amended by the substitution of the figures and words “the 31st day of October, 1933,” for the words “one month after the date of the passing of this Act” now contained therein, and the said section shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

(2) This section shall have and be deemed to have had effect as from the date of the passing of the Road Transport Act, 1933.

Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Road Transport (No. 2) Act, 1933.
