1.—Leasaítear leis seo mír 4 den Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht Cáirde Tionnscail, 1933, trí “£400,000,000” a chur in ionad “£200,000,000” (a cuireadh isteach leis an Acht Cairde Tionscail (Leasú), 1977) i gclásal (i) d'fhomhír (d) (a cuireadh isteach leis an Acht Cairde Tionscail (Leasú), 1971).

Ráthaíochtaí ón Aire.

2.—Leasaítear leis seo alt 3 (3) den Acht Cairde Tionscail (Leasú), 1958, trí “£400,000,000” a chur in ionad ”£75,000,000” (a cuireadh isteach le halt 3 den Acht Cairde Tionscail (Leasú), 1974).

Cumhacht Meabhrán agus Airteagail Chomhlachais na Cuideachta a athrú.

3.—Déanfaidh an Chuideachta cibé bearta is gá faoi Achtanna na gCuideachtaí, 1963 agus 1977, chun Meabhrán agus Airteagail Chomhlachais na Cuideachta a athrú le go mbeidh siad ar comhréir leis na hAchtanna Cairde Tionscail, 1933 go 1979.

Gearrtheideal, comhlua agus forléiriú.

4.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht Cairde Tionscail (Leasú), 1979, a ghairm den Acht seo.

(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna Cairde Tionscail, 1933 go 1979, a ghairm de na hAchtanna Cairde Tionscail, 1933 go 1977, agus den Acht seo le chéile agus forléireofar iad le chéile mar aon Acht amháin.

INDUSTRIAL CREDIT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1979

Amendment of Schedule to Industrial Credit Act, 1933.

1.—Paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Industrial Credit Act, 1933, is hereby amended by the substitution in clause (i) of subparagraph (d) (inserted by the Industrial Credit (Amendment) Act, 1971) of “£400,000,000” for “£200,000,000” (inserted by the Industrial Credit (Amendment) Act, 1977).

Guarantees by the Minister.

2.—Section 3 (3) of the Industrial Credit (Amendment) Act, 1958, is hereby amended by the substitution of “£400,000,000” for “£75,000,000” (inserted by section 3 of the Industrial Credit (Amendment) Act, 1974.

Power to alter Memorandum and Articles of Association of Company.

3.—The Company shall take such steps as may be necessary under the Companies Acts, 1963 and 1977, to alter the Memorandum and articles of Association of the Company to make them consistent with the Industrial Credit Acts, 1933 to 1979.

Short title, collective citation and construction.

4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial Credit (Amendment) Act, 1979.

(2) The Industrial Credit Acts, 1933 to 1977, and this Act may be cited together as the Industrial Credit Acts, 1933 to 1979, and shall be construed together as one Act.
