Leasú ar alt 4 den Acht um Onnmhairiú a Spreagadh, 1959.

1.—Cuirtear, leis seo, an fo-alt seo a leanas in ionad fho-alt (1) d'alt 4 den Acht um Onnmhairiú a Spreagadh, 1959:

“(1)  (a) Is é dualgas an Bhoird onnmhairiú earraí agus soláthar cibé seirbhísí a bheidh sonraithe ó am go ham le hordú ón Aire a spreagadh, a chur chun cinn agus a fhorbairt in aon slí a mheasfaidh an Bord is gá nó is inmhianaithe.

(b) Féadfaidh an tAire, le hordú, ordú faoin alt seo a leasú nó a chúlghairm.”.

2.—(1) Féadfar an tAcht um Onnmhairiú a Spreagadh (Leasú), 1983, a ghairm den Acht seo.

(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna um Onnmhairiú a Spreagadh, 1959 go 1983, a ghairm de na hAchtanna um Onnmhairiú a Spreagadh, 1959 go 1980, agus den Acht seo le chéile.

EXPORT PROMOTION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1983

Amendment of section 4 of Export Promotion Act, 1959.

1.—The following subsection is hereby substituted for subsection (1) of section 4 of the Export Promotion Act, 1959:

“(1) (a) It shall be the duty of the Board to promote, assist and develop in any manner in which the Board considers necessary or desirable the exportation of goods and the provision of such services as are specified from time to time by order made by the Minister.

(b) The Minister may by order amend or revoke an order under this section.”.

Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Export Promotion (Amendment) Act, 1983.

(2) The Export Promotion Acts, 1959 to 1980, and this Act may be cited together as the Export Promotion Acts, 1959 to 1983.
