Dualgas ginearálta an Bhoird.
2.—(1) Is é dualgas an Bhoird a ghnóthas a stiúradh ar chuma go dtarlóidh, tar éis an deontas is iníoctha leis an mBord faoi alt 6 den Acht seo a chur i gcuntas, nach mbeidh caiteachas oibríochta an Bhoird, lena n-áirítear na muirir uile is inchurtha go cuí i leith ioncaim, níos mó, agus na blianta a thógáil le chéile, ná ioncam an Bhoird.
(2) Ní fhorléireofar aon ní san alt seo mar ní a fhorchuireann ar an mBord, go díreach ná go neamhdhíreach, aon chineál dualgais nó dliteanais is inchurtha i bhfeidhm le himeachtaí os comhair aon chúirte nach mbeadh an Bord faoina réir lasmuigh de sin.

3.—Ní rachaidh an Bord faoi aon chaiteachas is inmhuirir go cuí ar chaipiteal mura deimhin leis go bhfuil an caiteachas riachtanach chun a ghnóthas a oibriú go héifeachtúil nó chun a chumasú dó an dualgas ginearálta a fhorchuirtear air le fo-alt (1) d'alt 7 d'Acht 1958 a chur i gcrích nó go mbeidh an tionscadal ar ina leith a bheartaítear dul faoin gcaiteachas sochrach don Bhord.

4.—(1) Féadfaidh an tAire Airgeadais, ar mholadh an Aire, cibé suimeanna is cuí leis (nach mó san iomlán ná sé mhilliún punt) a airleacan chun an Bhoird ó am go ham i leith costas íoctha caiteachais faoina ndeachaigh an Bord agus is inmhuirir go cuí ar chaipiteal.
(2) Is ar cibé téarmaí a chinnfidh an tAire Airgeadais maidir le haisíoc, ús agus ábhair eile, a thabharfar airleacain faoi fho-alt (1) den alt seo.
(3) Déanfar na suimeanna go léir a íocfaidh an Bord ag aisíoc airleacain faoin alt seo nó de bhun aon téarma nó coinníll ar faoina réir a tugadh airleacan faoin alt seo a íoc isteach sa Státchiste nó a chur chun tairbhe don Státchiste.
(4) Airleacfar as an bPríomh-Chiste nó a thoradh fáis an t-airgead go léir a theastóidh ón Aire Airgeadais ó am go ham faoi chomhair suimeanna a thiocfaidh chun bheith iníoctha aige faoin alt seo.
(5) Féadfaidh an tAire Airgeadais, d'fhonn soláthar a dhéanamh le haghaidh suimeanna a airleacan as an bPríomh-Chiste faoin alt seo, aon suimeanna a bheidh ag teastáil chuige sin a fháil ar iasacht ar urrús an Phríomh-Chiste nó a thoradh fáis, agus chun an céanna a fháil ar iasacht, féadfaidh sé urrúis a bhunú agus a eisiúint agus iad faoi cibé ráta úis agus faoi réir cibé coinníollacha i dtaobh aisíoca nó fuascailte nó eile is oiriúnach leis, agus íocfaidh sé isteach sa Státchiste an t-airgead go léir a gheofar ar iasacht amhlaidh.
(6) Is ar an bPríomh-Chiste nó a thoradh fáis a bheidh muirear agus íoc príomhshuime agus úis na n-urrús go léir a eiseofar faoin alt seo agus na gcaiteachas faoina rachfar i ndáil leis na hurrúis sin a eisiúint.

5.—Féadfaidh an Bord ó am go ham suimeanna a fháil ar iasacht ón Aire Airgeadais a theastóidh uaidh chun caiteachas faoina rachaidh sé a ghlanadh ar caiteachas é is inmhuirir go cuí ar chaipiteal agus nach dtoirmisctear de bhua alt 3 den Acht seo.
Deontas bliantúil don Bhord.
6.—(1) Faoi réir fho-alt (2) den alt seo, déanfaidh an tAire i mbliain airgeadais an Bhoird dar tosach an 1ú lá d'Aibreán, 1964, agus i ngach bliain airgeadais ina dhiaidh sin ag an mBord, deontas dhá mhilliún punt a thabhairt don Bhord as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas.
(2) Féadfaidh an tAire, le comhthoiliú an Aire Airgeadais, i mbliain airgeadais an Bhoird dar tosach an 1ú lá d'Aibreán, 1969, agus i ngach cúigiú bliain airgeadais ina dhiaidh sin ag an mBord, méid an deontais is iníoctha faoi fho-alt (1) den alt seo a athrú le hordú.
(3) Déanfaidh an Bord, as gach deontas a thabharfar dó faoin alt seo, an t-ús agus na muirir fiachmhúchta ar stoc iompair an Bhoird a íoc agus féadfaidh sé iarmhéid an deontais a úsáid chun críocha a ghnóthais i cibé slí is oiriúnach leis.
(4) Ní oibreoidh aon ní i bhfo-alt (3) den alt seo chun difear a dhéanamh don oibleagáid, ná laghdú a dhéanamh ar an oibleagáid, a fhorchuirtear le fo-alt (3) d'alt 30 d'Acht 1950 chun na suimeanna go léir a bheidh ag teastáil ón Aire Airgeadais faoi chomhair suimeanna a thiocfaidh chun bheith iníoctha faoi aon ráthaíocht a bheidh tugtha aige faoin alt sin a airleacan as an bPríomh-Chiste nó a thoradh fáis.
(5) I gcás ina mbeartófar ordú a dhéanamh faoin alt seo, leagfar dréacht den ordú faoi bhráid gach Tí den Oireachtas agus ní dhéanfar an t-ordú go dtí go mbeidh rún ag ceadú an dréachta rite ag gach Teach acu sin.

7.—Áireofar mar dheontas neamh-inaisíoctha ón 1ú lá d'Aibreán, 1964, suim milliún punt, is é sin, an méid a d'airleac an tAire Airgeadais don Bhord roimh an 1ú lá d'Aibreán, 1964, a dúradh, faoi alt 13 den Acht Iompair, 1963.

8.—Leasaítear leis seo mír (b) d'fho-alt (2) (a chuireann teorainn le hiasachtaí áirithe chun críocha caipitiúla) d'alt 28 d'Acht 1950 trí “dhá mhilliún déag punt” a chur in ionad “cúig mhilliún déag punt” (a cuireadh isteach leis an Acht Iompair, 1963).

9.—(1) San alt seo ciallaíonn “an Chuideachta” Óstlanna Iompair Éireann Teoranta.
(2) Uair ar bith a scaoil nó a scaoilfidh an Bord nó an Chuideachta, ar an 1ú lá d'Aibreán, 1964, nó dá éis sin, le seirbhísí oifigigh nó seirbhísigh don Bhord nó don Chuideachta, de réir mar a bheidh, nó a d'aistrigh nó a aistreoidh an Bord nó an Chuideachta é go dtí post eile i seirbhís an chéanna, agus sin go díreach mar gheall ar go ndearna an Bord an 1ú lá d'Aibreán, 1963, nó dá éis, scor d'aon seirbhís iompair d'iarnród nó d'uiscebhealach intíre a chur ar fáil nó buanlaghdú ar an gcéanna, nó mar gheall ar chumhacht díosail a chur in ionad cumhachta gaile nó mar gheall ar ordú a dhéanamh faoi alt 9 d'Acht 1958 maidir le crosaire comhréidh sonraithe, beidh éifeacht ag forálacha an ailt seo.
(3) Ní bhaineann an t-alt seo ach amháin le duine ba oifigeach nó seirbhíseach don Bhord (lena n-áirítear oifigeach nó seirbhíseach a aistríodh nó a tugadh ar iasacht faoi alt 14 d'Acht Mhór-Iarnród an Tuaiscirt, 1958) nó ba oifigeach nó seirbhíseach don Chuideachta lena mbaineann forálacha mhíreanna (a) agus (b) d'fho-alt (1) d'alt 14 den Acht Iompair, 1963, agus a bhí, ar dháta a dhífhostaithe nó a aistrithe, ar fostú i gcáil bhuan nó a bhí, lasmuigh de chorrbhearna fostaíochta, ar fostú ag an mBord nó ag an gCuideachta nó go páirteach ag ceann acu agus go páirteach ag an gceann eile acu ar feadh iomlán na dtrí bliana roimhe sin.
(4) Má scaoileann an Bord nó an Chuideachta le seirbhísí duine dá dtagraítear i bhfo-alt (3) den alt seo, íocfaidh an Bord nó an Chuideachta, cibé acu é, cúiteamh leis arna ríomh de réir an Dara Sceideal a ghabhann le hAcht 1958, agus chun críche an ríofa sin, nuair a bheifear ag forléiriú an Dara Sceideal sin, measfar an mhír atá leagtha amach i bhfo-alt (3) d'alt 17 d'Acht Mhór-Iarnród an Tuaiscirt, 1958, a dúradh, a bheith sa Sceideal sin.
(5) Má dhéanann an Bord nó an Chuideachta duine dá dtagraítear i bhfo-alt (3) den alt seo a aistriú go dtí post eile agus go ndéanfaidh sin dochar dó ina choinníollacha seirbhíse, de réir bhrí alt 37 d'Acht 1950, mar oifigeach nó mar sheirbhíseach don Bhord nó don Chuideachta, déanfaidh an Bord nó an Chuideachta, cibé acu é, cúiteamh a íoc leis ina chnapshuim de mhéid réasúnach.
(6) Chun aon chúiteamh is iníoctha le duine ag an gCuideachta faoi fho-alt (4) den alt seo a ríomh—
(a) measfar gur fostaíocht ag an mBord, fostaíocht an duine ag an gCuideachta, agus
(b) forléireofar mar thagairtí don Chuideachta na tagairtí don Bhord atá i mír 4 (arna leasú leis an Acht seo) den Cheathrú Sceideal a ghabhann le hAcht 1950.
(7) Beidh feidhm ag ailt 41, 42 agus 43 d'Acht 1950 (ailt a bhaineann le cinneadh cúitimh faoin Acht sin) maidir le cúiteamh faoin alt seo agus i gcás cúitimh is iníoctha ag an gCuideachta forléireofar mar thagairtí don Chuideachta na tagairtí sna hailt sin don Bhord.

10.—Leasaítear leis seo an Ceathrú Sceideal a ghabhann le hAcht 1950—
(a) trí “nó faoi aon scéim nó comhshocraíocht arb é an Bord go díreach nó go neamhdhíreach a íocann an costas go léir nó cuid den chostas a bhaineann leis an gcéanna”, a chur isteach i mír 4 i ndiaidh “ranníoc leis”, agus
(b) tríd an mír seo a leanas a chur isteach i ndiaidh mhír (4):
“5. Má tá duine cheana féin ag fáil cúitimh arna ríomh mar atá leagtha amach sa Sceideal seo—
(a) ní bheidh an tseirbhís a áirítear mar sheirbhís inphinsin chun an cúiteamh sin a ríomh le háireamh mar sheirbhís inphinsin chun aon chúiteamh eile a ríomh mar atá leagtha amach sa Sceideal seo, agus

11.—(1) Beidh cumhacht ag an mBord a chuid talún a fhorbairt é féin nó i dteannta duine eile i cibé slí is oiriúnach leis.
(2) Féadfaidh an Bord, go sonrach—
(a) aon chuid dá thalamh nach bhfuil ag teastáil uaidh le haghaidh comhlíonadh a dhualgais a choinneáil agus í a fhorbairt le haghaidh úsáide ag daoine eile, agus
(b) i gcás inar féidir a chuid talún a úsáid chun críocha eile i dteannta í a úsáid le haghaidh comhlíonadh a dhualgas, an talamh a fhorbairt trí fhoirgnimh a dhéanamh nó a oiriúnú lena n-úsáid go hiomlán nó go páirteach ag daoine eile,
d'fhonn aon cheart nó leas sa talamh nó in aon chuid den talamh a dhíol, a ligean nó a dhiúscairt ar shlí eile tar éis an fhorbairt a bheith déanta.

12.—Leasaítear leis seo alt 35 d'Acht 1950 tríd an bhfo-alt seo a leanas a chur in ionad fho-alt (2):
“(2) (a) Faoi réir forálacha an fho-ailt seo, is trí chomórtais oscailte de réir rialacha a dhéanfaidh an Bord a rachfar isteach sna gráid chléireachais de sheirbhís an Bhoird.
(b) Gach comórtas oscailte a chuirfear ar siúl de bhun an fho-ailt seo, beidh sé, faoi réir mhír (g) den fho-alt seo, ar oscailt do na daoine uile a mbeidh gnáthchónaí orthu laistigh de na críocha náisiúnta nó is saoránaigh Éireannacha nó is daoine clainne le saoránaigh Éireannacha agus a íocfaidh na táillí (más ann) agus ag a mbeidh na cáilíochtaí (más ann) maidir le haois, sláinte, carachtar agus oideachas a fhorordófar leis na rialacha a bhainfidh leis an gcomórtas.
(c) Féadfaidh an Bord a fhoráil le rialacha speisialta go ndéanfar cibé cionúireacht a cheadóidh an tAire de na folúntais sna gráid chléireachais dá sheirbhís a líonadh trí chomórtais theoranta agus, i gcás comórtas a theorannú amhlaidh, ní ligfear isteach ar an gcomórtas ach daoine atá nó a bhí ar fostú ag cuideachta dhíscaoilte de réir bhrí Acht 1944, ag gnóthaire díscaoilte, ag an mBord nó ag aon ghnóthaire iompair eile a mbeifear tar éis a ghnóthas a dhílsiú don Bhord faoin Acht seo nó faoi aon Acht ina dhiaidh seo, nó daoine clainne le daoine den sórt sin.
(d) Is é a bheidh i gcomórtas cibé ceann nó cinn de na cineálacha tástála seo a leanas a shonróidh an Bord sna rialacha a bhainfidh leis an gcomórtas, eadhon:
(i) scrúdú scríofa;
(ii) scrúdú béil;
(iii) agallamh;
(iv) aon tástáil nó tástálacha eile a mheasfaidh an Bord is iomchuí.
(e) Beidh an Ghaeilge ina hábhar éigeantach i ngach scrúdú faoin bhfo-alt seo.
(f) Má bhíonn i gcomórtas faoin bhfo-alt seo níos mó ná ceann amháin de na cineálacha tástála a shonraítear i mír (d) den fho-alt seo, ní gá thar tástáil amháin acu a bheith ina tástáil chomórtais.

TRANSPORT ACT, 1964
Definitions.
1.—In this Act—
“the Act of 1950” means the Transport Act, 1950;
“the Act of 1958” means the Transport Act, 1958;
“the Board” means Córas Iompair Éireann;
“the Minister” means the Minister for Transport and Power.
General duty of Board.
2.—(1) It shall be the duty of the Board to conduct its undertaking, so that, after taking into account the grant payable to the Board under section 6 of this Act, its operating expenditure, including all charges properly chargeable to revenue, shall not be greater taking one year with another than the revenue of the Board.
(2) Nothing in this section shall be construed as imposing on the Board, either directly or indirectly, any form of duty or liability enforceable by proceedings before any court to which it would not otherwise be subject.
Restriction on capital expenditure by Board.
3.—The Board shall not incur any expenditure that is properly chargeable to capital unless it is satisfied that the expenditure is essential for the efficient operation of its undertaking or to enable it to carry out the general duty imposed on it by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Act of 1958 or that the project in relation to which it is proposed to incur the expenditure will be remunerative to the Board.
Advances to Board by Minister for Finance for capital purposes.
4.—(1) The Minister for Finance may, on the recommendation of the Minister, advance from time to time to the Board such sums (not exceeding in the aggregate six million pounds) as he thinks proper towards the cost of defraying expenditure incurred by the Board which is properly chargeable to capital.
(2) Advances under subsection (1) of this section shall be made on such terms as to repayment, interest and other matters as may be determined by the Minister for Finance.
(3) All sums paid by the Board in repayment of an advance under this section or in pursuance of any term or condition subject to which an advance was made under this section shall be paid into or disposed of for the benefit of the Exchequer.
(4) All moneys from time to time required by the Minister for Finance to meet sums which may become payable by him under this section shall be advanced out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof.
(5) The Minister for Finance may, for the purpose of providing for the advance of sums out of the Central Fund under this section, borrow on the security of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof any sums required for that purpose, and for the purpose of such borrowing, he may create and issue securities bearing such rate of interest and subject to such conditions as to repayment, redemption or otherwise as he thinks fit, and shall pay all moneys so borrowed into the Exchequer.
(6) The principal of and interest on all securities issued under this section and the expenses incurred in connection with the issue of such securities shall be charged on and payable out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof.
Borrowing by Board from Minister for Finance for capital purposes.
5.—The Board may from time to time borrow from the Minister for Finance sums required by it to defray expenditure incurred by it that is properly chargeable to capital and is not prohibited by virtue of section 3 of this Act.
Annual grant to Board.
6.—(1) Subject to subsection (2) of this section, the Minister shall in the financial year of the Board beginning on the 1st day of April, 1964, and in each subsequent financial year of the Board make to the Board, out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, a grant of two million pounds.
(2) The Minister may, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, in the financial year of the Board beginning on the 1st day of April, 1969, and in every fifth subsequent financial year of the Board by order vary the amount of the grant payable under subsection (1) of this section.
(3) The Board shall, out of each grant to it under this section, defray the interest and sinking fund charges on the transport stock of the Board and may apply the balance of the grant for the purposes of its undertaking in such manner as it thinks fit.
(4) Nothing in subsection (3) of this section shall operate to affect or diminish the obligation imposed by subsection (3) of section 30 of the Act of 1950 to advance out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof all sums required by the Minister for Finance to meet sums which may become payable under any guarantee given by him under that section.
(5) Where an order is proposed to be made under this section, a draft of the order shall be laid before each House of the Oireachtas and the order shall not be made until a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House.
Repayable advances of £1,000,000 to Board to be treated as non-repayable grant.
7.—The sum of one million pounds, being the amount advanced to the Board by the Minister for Finance before the 1st day of April, 1964, under section 13 of the Transport Act, 1963, shall be treated as a non-repayable grant from the said 1st day of April, 1964.
Borrowing powers of Board.
8.—Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) (which imposes a limit on certain borrowing for capital purposes) of section 28 of the Act of 1950 is hereby amended by the substitution of “twelve million pounds” for “fifteen million pounds” (inserted by the Transport Act, 1963).
Compensation for employees of Board or Óstlanna Iompair Éireann Teoranta in cases of dismissal or transfer.
9.—(1) In this section “the Company” means Óstlanna Iompair Éireann Teoranta.
(2) Whenever the Board or the Company, on or after the 1st day of April, 1964, either dispensed with or dispenses with the services of an officer or servant of the Board or the Company, as the case may be, or transferred or transfers him to another position in its service, as a direct consequence of the Board, on or after the 1st day of April, 1963, having ceased to provide or having permanently reduced any transport service by rail or inland waterway or having substituted diesel for steam traction or of the making of an order under section 9 of the Act of 1958 in relation to a specified level crossing, the provisions of this section shall have effect.
(3) This section applies only to a person who, being an officer or servant of the Board (including an officer or servant transferred or seconded under section 14 of the Great Northern Railway Act, 1958) or an officer or servant of the Company to whom the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (1) of section 14 of the Transport Act, 1963, apply was, at the date of his dismissal or transfer, employed in a permanent capacity or was, except for casual interruptions of employment, employed by the Board or the Company or partly by one and partly by the other during the whole of the preceding three years.
(4) If the Board or the Company dispenses with the services of a person referred to in subsection (3) of this section, he shall be paid by the Board or the Company, as the case may be, compensation calculated in accordance with the Second Schedule to the Act of 1958, and for the purpose of such calculation, in construing the said Second Schedule, that Schedule shall be deemed to contain the paragraph set out in subsection (3) of section 17 of the said Great Northern Railway Act, 1958.
(5) If a person referred to in subsection (3) of this section is transferred to another position by the Board or the Company and thereby suffers a worsening of his conditions of service, within the meaning of section 37 of the Act of 1950, as an officer or servant of the Board or the Company, he shall be paid by the Board or the Company, as the case may be, compensation consisting of a lump sum of such amount as is reasonable.
(6) For the purpose of the calculation of any compensation payable to a person by the Company under subsection (4) of this section—
(a) the employment of the person with the Company shall be deemed to be employment with the Board, and
(b) the references in paragraph 4 (as amended by this Act) of the Fourth Schedule to the Act of 1950 to the Board shall be construed as references to the Company.
(7) Sections 41, 42 and 43 of the Act of 1950 (which sections relate to the determination of compensation under that Act) shall apply to compensation under this section and in the case of compensation payable by the Company the references in the said sections to the Board shall be construed as references to the Company.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule to Act of 1950.
10.—The Fourth Schedule to the Act of 1950 is hereby amended by—
(a) the insertion in paragraph 4 after “contributed” of “or under any scheme or arrangement the whole or part of the cost of which is borne directly or indirectly by the Board”, and
(b) the insertion after paragraph 4 of the following paragraph:
“5. If a person is already in receipt of compensation calculated in the manner set out in this Schedule—
(a) the service reckoned as pensionable service for the purpose of the calculation of such compensation shall not be reckoned as pensionable service for the purpose of the calculation in the manner set out in this Schedule of any other compensation, and
(b) the aggregate of the first-mentioned compensation and any other compensation (excluding any compensation paid under paragraph 2 of this Schedule) shall not exceed the amount of compensation to which he would have been entitled if it had been based on the aggregate of his periods of pensionable service and if the service in respect of which compensation (if any) was paid under paragraph 2 of this Schedule was not reckoned.”
Development of land by Board.
11.—(1) The Board shall have power to develop its land either alone or in conjunction with another person in such manner as it may think fit.
(2) The Board may, in particular—
(a) retain any part of its land which is not required by it for the discharge of its duties and develop it for use by other persons, and
(b) where the use of its land for the discharge of its duties can be combined with its use for other purposes, develop the land by constructing or adapting buildings for use wholly or partly by other persons,
with a view to selling, letting or otherwise disposing of any right or interest in the land or any part of the land after the development is carried out.
Amendment of section 35 of Act of 1950.
12.—Section 35 of the Act of 1950 is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (2) of the following subsection:
“(2) (a) Subject to the provisions of this subsection, entry to the clerical grades of the service of the Board shall be by means of open competitions in accordance with rules made by the Board.
(b) Every open competition held in pursuance of this subsection shall, subject to paragraph (g) of this subsection, be open to all persons who are ordinarily resident within the national territory or who are Irish citizens or the children of Irish citizens and who pay the fees (if any) and possess the qualifications (if any) as to age, health, character and education prescribed by the rules relating to the competition.
(c) The Board may by special rules provide that such proportion as may be approved by the Minister of the vacancies in the clerical grades of its service shall be filled by means of limited competitions, and where a competition is so limited only persons in or who have been in the employment of a dissolved company within the meaning of the Act of 1944, a dissolved undertaker, the Board or any other transport undertaker whose undertaking has been vested in the Board under this Act or any subsequent Act or the children of such persons shall be admitted thereto.
(d) A competition shall consist of such one or more of the following types of test as the Board may specify in the rules relating to the competition, namely:
(i) a written examination;
(ii) an oral examination;
(iii) an interview;
(iv) any other test or tests that the Board considers to be appropriate.
(e) Irish shall be a compulsory subject at every competition under this subsection.
(f) Where a competition under this subsection consists of more than one of the types of test specified in paragraph (d) of this subsection, not more than one of the tests need be competitive.
(g) The foregoing provisions of this subsection shall not apply in relation to the entry of staff, for employment in a temporary capacity, to the clerical grades of the service of the Board.
(h) The Board may by rules amend or revoke any rules made by them under this subsection, including this paragraph.”
Delegates to Clearing House Committee.
13.—Notwithstanding anything contained in section 5 of the Clearing Act (Ireland), 1860, the Board, in exercise of its powers under that section, may appoint at any time, if it so thinks fit, a person who is not a member of the Board as a delegate to the Committee of the Irish Railway Clearing House.
Directors of Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Company.
14.—Notwithstanding anything contained in section 89 of the Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Act, 1898, the Board, in exercise of its powers under that section, may nominate at any time, if it so thinks fit, persons who are not members of the Board as directors of the Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Company.
Expenses.
15.—The expenses incurred by the Minister in the administration of this Act, shall, to such extent as may be sanctioned by the Minister for Finance, be paid out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas.
Repeals.
16.—The enactments mentioned in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
Short title.
17.—This Act may be cited as the Transport Act, 1964.
