ACHT UM DHLÍTHE ATÁ AG DUL IN EUG, 1935.
Na hAchtanna sa Sceideal do choimeád beo.
1.—(1) Na hAchtanna luaidhtear sa Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht so coimeádfar beo iad, sa mhéid adeirtear sa tríú colún den Sceideal san, go dtí an 31adh lá de Mhí na Nodlag, 1936, agus raghaid in eug ansan mara gcoimeádtar beo níos sia iad.
(2) Aon achtacháin neamh-athghairmthe le n-a leasuítear na hachtacháin a coimeádtar beo leis an alt so no a dheineann deifir dóibh, coimeádfar beo ar an gcuma gcéanna iad, sa mhéid gur diombuan a ré, pe'ca luaidhtear sa Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Acht so iad no ná luaidhtear.

Schedule to Acts in be continued.
1.—(1) The Acts mentioned in the Schedule to this Act shall, to the extent specified in the third column of the said Schedule, be continued until the 31st day of December, 1936, and shall then expire unless further continued.
(2) Any unrepealed enactments amending or affecting the enactments continued by this section shall, in so far as they are temporary in their duration, be continued in like manner whether they are mentioned in the Schedule to this Act or not.
Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Expiring Laws Act, 1935.
